Session Options
60-Minute Sessions

A focused therapy session designed to explore what is happening, identify what needs to change, and begin building practical steps forward.
Sessions are booked for one hour, although where clinically appropriate, they may sometimes naturally run slightly longer.

 

90-Minute Sessions

For deeper work, more complex issues, or clients who want more time and space within the session.

Ideal for anxiety, ADHD, addiction, relationship patterns, emotional overwhelm, or when one hour simply does not feel enough.

Half-Day Intensives

For people who want to go deeper, faster.
Half-day sessions are immersive and designed to focus intensively on one key area of your life, relationship, behaviour, or emotional pattern.
These are powerful for clients who feel stuck, are in crisis, or want a concentrated breakthrough without waiting weeks between sessions.
