About
About Me
I specialise in working with:
• ADHD and neurodivergence
• Anxiety and depression
• Addiction (drug and alcohol)
• Relationship and marital challenges
• Personality-related difficulties
• LGBTQ+ clients
My work draws from Transactional Analysis (TA), EMDR, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and coaching — applied in a way that is tailored to you, not delivered as a fixed model.
What shapes my work is not just training — but lived experience.
I was diagnosed with ADHD and Generalised Anxiety Disorder at a young age, and later overcame addiction. I understand how overwhelming life can feel — especially when you’ve tried to deal with things before and nothing has truly shifted.
That experience allows me to connect quickly, cut through what isn’t working, and focus on what actually creates change.
My approach is direct, structured, and forward-moving.
Clients don’t come to me for endless talking.
They come because they want to move forward — even if previous attempts haven’t worked.
I hold a strong belief in your ability to make progress —
and my role is to help you do that in a way that is clear, practical, and lasting.
I’ve been practising since 2013, with experience across organisations including the NHS, The Priory Hospital, Mind, and the National Offender Management Service.
