ADHD Therapy
Finally Understand What’s Really Been Going On
For many people, ADHD has been there all along.
The overwhelm.
The overthinking.
The procrastination.
The emotional highs and lows.
The unfinished projects.
The impulsive decisions.
The constant feeling that life seems harder than it should.
Often accompanied by anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, burnout, addiction, or a lifetime of feeling “different”.
I know because I have lived it.
ADHD Assessments
I offer professional ADHD assessments designed to provide clarity, understanding, and a clear pathway forward.
For many people, receiving a diagnosis is life-changing.
Not because it gives them a label.
Because it finally gives them an explanation.
An explanation for years of frustration, confusion, anxiety, and self-criticism.
Most importantly, it provides a roadmap for what comes next.
I am not only an ADHD therapist.
I also have ADHD myself.
Having been diagnosed with ADHD and Generalised Anxiety Disorder from a young age, I understand first-hand the challenges that come with a neurodivergent brain.
I understand:
- racing thoughts
- emotional overwhelm
- rejection sensitivity
- impulsivity
- procrastination
- relationship challenges
- addiction vulnerability
- and the frustration of knowing what you need to do but struggling to do it
My diagnosis helped me understand decades of experiences that previously made little sense.
Now I help others do the same.
ADHD Is Often Misunderstood
ADHD is not simply about attention.
It can impact:
• relationships
• confidence
• emotional regulation
• anxiety
• organisation
• motivation
• work performance
• sleep
• addiction
• self-esteem
• communication
• and overall quality of life
Many adults arrive in therapy exhausted from years of masking, compensating, and blaming themselves for struggles they never fully understood.
The problem isn’t a lack of intelligence.
The problem isn’t laziness.
The problem is often undiagnosed or unsupported ADHD.
My Approach
My approach is direct, practical, compassionate, and focused on real change.
Not endless talking.
Not generic advice.
Not another list of coping strategies that never get used.
Together we identify what is keeping you stuck and create practical solutions that work in the real world.
Because insight without action changes nothing.

ADHD Therapy
A diagnosis alone does not change your life.
What you do with that understanding does.
Therapy focuses on helping you:
• understand your ADHD properly
• reduce overwhelm
• improve emotional regulation
• strengthen relationships
• manage impulsivity
• improve confidence
• develop practical strategies that actually work
• and build a life that works with your brain rather than against it
This is not about fixing you.
You are not broken.
This is about understanding yourself and unlocking your potential.
ADHD Rarely Travels Alone
ADHD doesn’t just affect the person who has it.
It affects relationships.
Families.
Marriages.
Parenting.
Communication.
Trust.
Many non-ADHD partners spend years feeling unheard, frustrated, disconnected, or exhausted.
Many parents blame themselves for challenges they do not fully understand.
The reality is often very different.
That is why I work not only with people who have ADHD, but also with:
• partners
• husbands and wives
• parents
• families
• and couples where one or both people have ADHD
Because understanding ADHD can transform relationships just as powerfully as it transforms individuals.
When people understand what is really happening, everything begins to make more sense.
The Goal
The goal is not simply to manage ADHD.
The goal is to understand it, harness it, and stop allowing it to dictate your life.
To move from frustration to clarity.
From overwhelm to control.
From surviving to thriving.
Because ADHD may explain many of your struggles.
It does not define your future.
Because insight without action changes nothing.

Be Seen. Be Heard. Finally, Belong.
